OEM has been started for the installation and infrastructure works on May 2013 and
it started to work as an official company on April 2014 in İzmir.
Our target is beeing leading manufacturer and supplier of machining and mold design/production.
We will reached that position by controlling the entire process excellently, 100%
on-time delivery and zero product-defects.
We will work hard to ensure that our lead times are shorter, and that our sales,
operations and technical staff delivery a high level of competence and expertise
so that we can add value to your businesses.
OEM Inc.'s main activities are mold design and manufacturing, machining as targeted
and we make our investments in this direction. There are a lot of small to medium
sized organization in our industry area. They are not seen as competitors of OEM's
Inc.'s.
Many companies which are operating in machining and mold design/production in this
field make their investments in machinery and equipments of these machines which
can be used just in production.
They keep the R&D and engineering investments in minimum level by reducing operating
costs and they try to give prices according to the competitive ways.
OEM Inc.'s targeted customers portfolio are not such companies which are not requesting
after market products.
OEM Inc.'s targeted customers portfolio are the automotive, civil/military aviation and railway industries. In this level companies are demanding products with
the total quality management, 100 % geometric measurement for safety components
with customer specifications. Precise geometric control equipments take a large
place in OEM Inc.'s investments. The company has its owner and staff that have experience
over 15 years about computer-aided design which is dominated with AS 9100, ISO-TS
16949 and IRIS Quality Management Standars, computer-aided manufacturing and computer-controlled
geometric measurements with the fields of academic training particularly in the
total quality management.
In this way we are able to provide demands and needs of main aerospace
and automative industries easily.
